Okay, so I was just going to post one chapter at a time, but the chapter is really short and so sappy I had to conterbalance it. So...

Author's Notes: See prologue. We are now officially out of cannon for a while, though that won't stop me from referring to random trivia from the first three seasons. Cannon-wise, we will be entering season 4, but scenes from cannon will only be referenced, not used in the next few chapters. Again, Christine is mine. Jack and Sawyer's undying love for each other belongs to fandom. :)
